I took that screenshot a few weeks before the end of 2017. I checked in again Jan 31 and while a few more people were done, most hadn’t finished.

It’s sad there there are so many people that haven’t done their challenges.

People set a goal with enthusiasm and envisioned themselves as the types of people that read.

Then they didn’t.

They didn’t choose to spend time reading. They looked at Facebook and Twitter and Instagram.

They wasted their damn time.

Did you do that too?

We’re a few weeks into 2018, how are you doing on your goals? Are you focused on execution and actions?

Or are you just dreaming about being a person that accomplished goals?

Have an awesome day

Curtis

PS: Yeah start focusing on actions. I talk about that in BootCamp, and I think you should join us.

I read more last year than any year since I’ve been doing the challenge (2011) even though I’ve completed it about every other year since I started.

I wonder if the failure though is just due to too lofty of goals or simply not recording what is read. Frankly I’ve probably finished my own more years than it things but until Kindle started automatically listing books finished I didn’t always keep up with it as I have more important things to remember than to log into yet another social media site to record it.

I’m sure that there are some that are finished that didn’t get recorded. We know that most resolutions/goals don’t get done though so…I think it’s pretty safe to say that the majority of the ones that didn’t get finished on the site, just didn’t get finished.
